WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU BOOK?

On receipt of your booking application, our Project Coordinator will liaise with you with more details on your placement. Once the placement has been arranged to suit your requirements, you’ll receive an invitation letter from the project site and you can proceed with your flight ticket booking. We will stay in touch with you and are available to answer any of your questions during the preparation for your trip.

 

As you near your departure, you’ll also receive details on your accommodation and hosts. You will receive a pre-departure presentation that will give you an idea on the custom and culture of Kerala and India which will help you prepare better! 

AFTER YOUR ARRIVAL

►Airport pick up and drop off

 

We pick you up from airport on your arrival and make you comfortable in your new place. We provide you with fruits, water and food on your first day so that you could relax and ease out.

  

►Welcome pack providing information about life in Kerala

 

Wherever you go around the World, it takes time to adjust yourself, especially if you are in India. We brief you on the culture, food, life style and the Do's and Don'ts while you are in Kerala.

 

►Assistance in getting started 

 

We help you get used to sights and sounds-  the Indian traffic can be chaotic, especially for some one moving in from outside India. We help you familiarize with the local transport system, and would be easy for you to go to your workplace or find your way around the city.

 

►Sim card for use in India.

 

We provide a sim card for your use while you are in India. You could use it to keep in touch with us and also the friends you make while you are in India. We also provide you internet facility/mobile phone on request.
